Swingers

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Swingers Golf App ("Swingers", "we"), of Arizona, United States, covering your use of the Swingers app.

By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.

1. What Swingers is

Swingers is a scorekeeper. It records golf rounds, works out the side games your group plays — Nassau, skins, wolf and the rest — and keeps a running note of who owes whom at the end.

Swingers does not handle money. No payment is processed, held, transferred or facilitated by this app. We do not act as a bookmaker, a stakeholder, an escrow agent or a payment processor. The numbers in the app are a record of what you and your playing partners have agreed between yourselves, in the same way a note on the back of a scorecard is.

Settling up happens entirely outside Swingers, between the people involved, by whatever means they choose. "I paid" and "Confirm" record that two people say a debt is squared away. They are not proof of payment, and we have no way to verify one.

You are responsible for your own arrangements, including whether any wager between you and your playing partners is lawful where you are. We have no involvement in them and no way to enforce or recover anything.

You must be at least 18 to use Swingers.

2. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your sign-in method secure, and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us at support@swingersgolfapp.com if you think someone has.

You may delete your account at any time from Me → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes and what stays with the other players who shared your rounds.

3. What you post

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. By posting it, you give us permission to store it and show it to the people you chose to show it to — that is all we do with it, and the permission ends when you delete the post or your account.

Only post things you have the right to post. If a photo has other people in it, make sure they are happy to be there.

4. Behaviour, and what we will not tolerate

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour on Swingers.

Do not post or send anything that is:

Do not impersonate anyone. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service. Do not scrape it or resell what is in it.

Reporting

Every post has a report option, and every profile can be reported and blocked. Blocking someone removes them from your feed immediately and stops them seeing you.

We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules. We may remove content, suspend or delete accounts, and where behaviour is serious we will do so without warning. Accounts removed for abuse may not come back.

To report something outside the app, write to support@swingersgolfapp.com.

5. Course and scorecard data

Course scorecards in Swingers come from public data and from golfers typing them in off a physical card. They can be wrong.

Anyone can flag a card that looks wrong, and whoever entered it can replace it. A replaced card stops being offered but stays attached to rounds already played with it, so those results do not change under people who have already settled up.

Check the card before you play for money. We do not warrant that any course's pars, stroke indexes, ratings or slopes are correct.

6. Handicaps

Any handicap Swingers works out for you is an estimate, labelled as such, and is not a Handicap Index® or any other official rating. It is not recognised by the USGA, a national association, or your club. If you have an official index, enter it, and Swingers will use that instead.

7. Availability

We will try to keep Swingers running and your data safe, but the app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. Scores are saved on your phone first and synced when there is signal, so an outage should not cost you a round — but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and specifically not for any wager, debt or settlement between you and another player. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Ending it

You can stop using Swingers and delete your account whenever you like.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop running the service. If we shut Swingers down we will give reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Carrying on using Swingers after that means you accept the new version.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you agree to those courts having jurisdiction.
